We are required to provide a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
· Has a major fault or failure
· Is not as described or doesn't match the image on our website
· Is unsafe or defective
f your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@uncommon-light.com with:
· Your order number
· A description of the issue
· Clear photos of the damage including the outer carton/packaging
We will assess your request in line with Australian Consumer Law. If the claim does not meet consumer guarantees, we may offer one of the following remedies:
· A replacement of the item
· A refund to your original payment method
· A store credit, if preferred
In most cases involving faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide instructions for disposal/replacement. We do not accept returns sent without contacting us first.
As a small art-focused studio, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases (including size or format errors). Please double-check your selection before placing your order.
